Anna O'Donnell is the owner of
Nine Lives tattooing and piercing and has been managing it for
the past six year's. During her late teens early twenties she
studied fine art (Sculpture and printmaking) and got her degree
in 1986, Life as a fine artist wasn't her thing.
She always wanted a tattoo but never found any of the
designs relevant, back then it was always sailing ships, red hearts
with daggers and black panthers.
Eventually she heard of a shop where they would do your
own design. Suddenly tattooing became much more interesting. Finally
after a lot more custom stuff a shop owner called Wayne Morris
showed her the basics because he liked her designs. After
many adventures she has found a style of work she likes.
Her hobbies are Photography, drawing and airbrushing.
Anna has two apprentices Laura O' Neill (piercing) and Rachel
McCracken (tattooing).
Many thanks to Wayne Morris and Marcel Bitten for their
time and patience.
